Clark Storage sold to [Public Storage](https://www.radiusplus.com/keyword/public storage), marking the first acquisition in the state of Iowa for the largest [self-storage REIT](https://www.radiusplus.com/keyword/self-storage reit). Flannigan and his team listed the property on behalf of the Seller.
